I was told that this was an attempt to show that you can have good food in airport lounges. That is indeed laudable (although some already do, eg Cathay Pacific at Chek Lap Kok, or One World Alliance at Changi; and even BA at Heathrow). In any cases, laudable aim though it is, it wasn’t achieved. You get a basket with a yoghurt, a croissant, a roll and a pain chocolat. A cup of hot water with two bags to choose from; and a bottle of apple juice (not freshly squeezed). The bread was all right. And it was free. That’s about it. I’d give it 3.5/10 – better than some I’ve been to, but not as good as many others.
