A fairly large and varied buffet. Good choice of hot and cold dishes, cereals, fruit (cut and uncut) and yoghurts. Herring, of course. A small egg station. Nice variety of breads. The Danish pastries (known as ‘Viennese bread’ in Denmark and Sweden) looked delicious. There was a choice of gluten-free bread as well. The quality was excellent. Drawbacks? The tea was bags only. No concession to non-Western cuisine, which although not unusual in Europe, is surprising at an airport hub hotel. Overall, therefore, I would give it a high but not spectacular 7.5/10.
