Apologies for the large number of photos, but this was a very spread-out buffet and it was difficult to capture everything. So, what do we have? Very good choice of local dishes. Also excellent spread of hot dishes, including an egg bar (which I seem to have missed in the pictures after all). The bread is good, although the croissants are a bit disappointing, rather heavy and doughy. The sparse choice of cold cuts and cheeses (and no fish) is a let-down, as is the fact that once again, the tea is bags only. On the other hand, very nice waffles. I find it somewhat difficult to rate this, but it has to have a rating and the fairest one is probably 7.5/10.
