Strangely, the restaurant in this hotel in the far northwest of the United States is Mediterranean, or more specifically Middle Eastern-themed. In addition, there is no buffet, just a menu. This means that you will not be able to have any of the “normal Western“ breakfast, e.g., toast. That being said, the dishes are well prepared and very tasty. We were a party of four so we were able to sample a variety. The pancakes were apparently delicious, so was the labneh, fruit & honey mix, and the shakshuka was very good. The staff is very helpful. On the negative side, the dishes come when they are ready, which means that if you are a party of two, three or four, you don’t get your food all together. But that is a minor quibble, and I think this is safely worth 7/10.
