You get what you pay for. In this case, a small 2-star hotel near the Lille Eurostar station. Breakfast was a tray with everything pre-loaded. The croissant was a bit soggy, the baguette was fresh (I should think so too!) Still, 3/5.
The bread was nice, the croissants were reasonable and I’m told that the coffee was very nice. But the milk was UHT, which is frankly ridiculous. And there wasn’t much else. 3/10, and that is generous of me.
