An excellent buffet, which, once again shows how you can combine what seems fairly limited in size with a very wide choice. So, plenty of vegetables, different types of cheeses, lots of cold cuts, and two types of herring. On the warm side, scrambled eggs, sausages, and mushrooms (very Polish!) I did not taste the juices, so I don’t know if they were concentrate, but I think so. Good choice of fresh fruit and equally nice choice of bread.
