Another example showing the quality of Nordic hotel breakfasts. This is what I would call a medium-size buffet. Very nice choice of bread, including freshly baked and nice croissants and Danish pastry. A good selection of warm dishes. The scrambled eggs could have been warmer, but were well prepared, the bacon was nice and crispy. There was a reasonable choice of cold cuts, vegetables, cheese and fresh fruit. (Although the fresh fruit was all cut up, not sure why.) Also fruit juices, cereal, jams and yoghurts, notably including the Icelandic specialty skyr. Tea was bags only, and rather, surprisingly, there was no fish, neither herring, nor salmon, nor anything else. Overall, therefore, this was very pleasant and I would certainly rate this 7.5/10.
