An interesting breakfast buffet. On the positive, a nice spread of Nordic breakfast. Good choice of bread (including waffles, but unremarkable Danish pastry), some fairly standard hot dishes (but the scrambled eggs were very nice indeed and the bacon was crispy) and a variety of salmon, cold cuts and vegetables. There was a small table with lactose and gluten-free dishes. Also a reasonable choice of fruit. The only main negative (apart from the tea being bags only and the hot water coming from thermoses) is that contrary to what nowadays is generally the case, there were not many signs telling you what some of the less identifiable foods might be. If you’re adventurous, you can explore your way. I did and the tuna spread turned out to be delicious. Once again, the only dishes were western. Given the amount of Asian tourists we have seen in town, this is perhaps slightly surprising. Overall, very nice and freshly prepared. I would give it 7/10.
