I have said it before, and I will no doubt repeat it again. Even a small Nordic hotel will provide you with an excellent breakfast. This is an unpretentious, fairly small (40 rooms) hotel, yet the breakfast is very good indeed. Excellent choice of fresh bread, vegetables and cheeses, cold cuts, as well as herring and a very nice salmon wrap. Hot dishes were restricted to scrambled eggs and bacon, both very good, and pancakes. Some younger members of the party had lots of pancakes. Decent choice of fruit and cereal as well. No granola, but plenty of dried fruits and seeds to put in your yoghurt. The tea is obviously bags only. Overall, a very nice experience and well worth 7.5/10.
