This breakfast was a bit disappointing. At first glance, the buffet looks nice. And, to be fair, the salmon, the herring and the meatballs were all excellent. The pancakes were unusual in shape and nice. However, the fruit salad looked as if it came out of a tin and the fresh fruit looked tired. The bread choice was somewhat disappointing, mainly white and only one type of rye or similar. The tea choice was very bad: bags only (which I can live with), but there were only four or five choices, one green and all the others fruit or herbal. In other words, no black tea, which is what most people would have for breakfast. Absent the tea issue, I would have said 4.5, weak but all right. As it is, the verdict is 4/10.
