Let it be said in the beginning: this is an excellent breakfast buffet. Furnitures and the general setting is stylish and functional Scandinavian. No disturbing background music and very attentive staff making sure that everything is always in order. Each category of food — bread, hot food, cold cuts and cereals — is placed in a separate section, meaning that one can instantly get an overview and congestion is avoided. Everything laid out tasty. And needless to say good supply of fresh Danish pastries. Good supply of gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan alternatives. Very good information on contents. Ample supply of loose-leaf tea. So why do we say 9.5 out of 10 and not 10/10? Sine qua non for obtaining 10 is that you serve peanut butter. That was missing. (Peter Stein)
