Another bicycle ride with plenty of food (phở breakfast, coffee break and Japanese lunch) with this very pleasant bicycle club. I cannot claim to be an expert on phở, the national Vietnamese dish, but I know what I like. And, of course, the phở restaurants tend to serve phở only, which rather limits the evaluation. Nevertheless, this was both good and bad. The good was a very nice chicken and homemade noodles; the bad was that the bagels (which in this case means fried dough sticks that you dip in the phở), were rather stale. That really should not be the case, and the rating therefore is a fairly weak 3.5/10.
