An excellent breakfast buffet. Good choice of local (Chinese) and Western food. Needless to say, hot and cold dishes, good spread of vegetables, cereals, cold cuts and so on. Pancakes, crepes and waffles. The croissants were excellent and my friend vouched for the dim sum (I’m having dim sum for lunch today, so didn’t venture into that section) and noodle soup. Two drawbacks: the tea was bags only (and you have to get it yourself, they did not bring it to your table); and the fresh fruit was somewhat uninspiring and limited in choice. When it comes to a top buffet like this, attempts at objectivity eventually give way to subjectivity and I would therefore rate this 8/10, meaning really good, but perhaps not of the very first class.
