My bias in favour of Swedish hotel breakfasts also means that I judge them somewhat more harshly than perhaps I should. This airport hotel has a perfectly nice buffet breakfast, including loose leaf tea, pancakes, Swedish sausages (prinskorv), herring, salami and everything else you would normally expect. Also vegan butter(!) which I’ve not seen elsewhere. Perhaps a little weak on the bread, but in general, a perfectly adequate breakfast. And yet, hand on heart, I can’t find it in me to give it more than 5/10.
