A bit of a mixed bag. As is common in hotels of this type, the ’main’ breakfast is the cooked breakfast on offer – hence the photo of the menu. The buffet was limited. Strong points: Nice croissants, constant care to make sure that the buffet was replenished, nice fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, melon, blueberries and mango). Generous helping of toast. Weak points: One type of cold cut only. Two cheeses, but both of them quite strong and ‘smoked’. Tea was bags, of course, and one type only. Overall, a little bland, but perhaps to be expected. Still, I wouldn’t give this more than 4/10.
