I’m in a bit of a quandary. It is unfair to compare this with hotels or even restaurants. The best comparison is other trains. But I don’t have any of those to compare with. So, bearing that in mind, I’d say, sparse, limited choice, but nicely presented and not bad. Still, if you do the Trans-Siberian Railway, I suggest buying your own breakfast provisions and preparing it on board. 2/10.
