





A relatively small but adequate buffet. Good choice of cold and warm dishes, including herring and fish roe (though this variant not really to my taste). Excellent bread. No croissants, but very nice Danish pastry (known in Denmark as ‘Viennese bread’). A special section for people with allergies/intolerances. On the negative side, the tea was of course bags only; surprisingly for an airport hotel in a major international hub, only western food; and the fresh fruit was only apples and cut-up pineapple. So, on the whole fine but perhaps slightly less than expected. I’ll give it 5.5/10.
