Another mixed breakfast, although the best so far on this particular trip visit (visiting Swedish battlefields). As usual, a nice buffet with a lot of variation. Interesting omission: no fish, neither salmon, nor herring. However good choice of vegetables and cold cuts, and a nice hot bar. The scrambled eggs were very good. Also, plenty of fruit, nice desserts, porridge, Swedish pancakes (thin), as well as gluten- and lactose- free food for those desiring this. And, as it seems to be common in Swedish hotels nowadays, there was an energy-boosting shot, in this case lingonberry and citrus. On the negative side, the tea was (of course) bags only. The orange juice was concentrate. There was no real butter, only two kinds of butter substitute. Similarly, while there was real milk, you had to look for it next to the porridge. By the different tea/coffee dispensers, there was only lactose-free milk. Some of the party also felt that having only chicken meatballs and chicken sausages was a drawback. Nevertheless, this was on the whole a good breakfast, not spectacular but still worth 7/10.
